As well as high standards House Fairies understand that domestic cleaning is very personal and that honesty, reliability and communication are key.

House Fairies interview applicants in their own home if they are suitable House Fairies then carries out two references and a police check to ensure they share our values of honesty, integrity and discretion. 

Every employee is introduced to an induction program where basic Health & Safety and COSHH are enlightened.

We can discuss how you want us to work with you.....  we can work whilst you are on the premises....securely hold a key.....agree out of bound areas or other restrictions..                                  

We provide insurance for all our employees’ against both damage and injury.

You have the opportunity to be introduced to your cleaner before any work is commenced, should you wish, to ensure that you are happy and comfortable with our selection from the offset.
