The House Fairies employee selection process includes interviewing applicants in their own home and, for suitable candidates, a minimum of two references plus a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) is carried out to ensure employees share the company's values of honesty, integrity and discretion.

Introductions and orientations will be undertaken before work commences,
