The  House Fairies employee selection process includes interviewing applicants in their own home and, for suitable candidates, a minimum of two references plus a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) is carried out to ensure employees share the company's values of honesty, integrity and discretion.

Every employee is inducted to a set programme, where Health & Safety
and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) are 
highlighted. House Fairies provide insurance for all employees’ against both damage and injury.

Introductions and orientations will be undertaken before work commences,
ensuring that customers are happy and comfortable with the designated
staff.

House Fairies provide the customer with an instruction form to fine
tune duties and avoid any misunderstanding, determining their own unique
cleaning requirements.
